I suffer from a basketful of autoimmune disorders one of which is rheumatoid arthritis. The 2000 mg is fast acting and STRONG, going to work immediately within 15-30 seconds. For the extreme days, it makes them tolerable and for the moderate days it relieves my pain completely for anywhere between 6-8 hours. A 4oz jar lasts between 3-4 months even with everyday use because a little goes a long way. I've never, ever had something work as well and I'm excited enough to demonstrate with whomever will hold still long enough. I've been a client for over a year and would recommend this to EVERYONE.
