I bought the broad spectrum this time and they're great as is but I prefer the full spectrum for the whole entourage effect. If you're very sensitive to Delta-9 THC then stick with the broad spectrum. However, even the full spectrum are very low dose D9 THC. I'm somewhat sensitive to D9 THC so the full spectrum are just the right amount for me. If the government banned D9 outright then the broad spectrum would be just fine for me.
