It’s terpene rich, smooth and delicious to consume and there’s a solid menu of cultivars which cover a wide range of effects and flavor/aroma profiles. The packaging is great and doesn’t take forever to get to you if you pay the small expediting fee. I haven’t needed customer service as of yet, but that’s because I haven’t had any problems with my first two orders. I’m looking forward to special cultivars being released!
