I take it when I need an energy boost and think it does a great job! Originally recommended for immunity defense by a friend, and I believe that too due to all the minerals trees contain. The flavor isn’t too off putting if you’re used to tinctures, it’s actually quite pleasant to others I’ve had. Almost like a maple liquor flavor.
