The package I received must have been packed by a 2 year old. Worst packaging job I’ve ever seen. I ordered a replacement Promaster spare tire winch. The outside box was a cut down from a larger box from some other parts. Inside was a smaller box from a wireless keyboard for a computer and a chunk of thick cardboard. I couldn’t believe that someone would package a new part this badly. Very unprofessional to say the least. Not impressed!!

I really question why I was told the part I ordered had to be shipped from the USA and would be delayed 10 to 14 days, when upon arrival the part had a label Made in Canada. Also the part was shipped from a dealership less than 10 kms from my location. The shipping costs reflected a longer journey from the USA. Canada Mopar Parts is not transparent and looks a little on the shady side in order to squeeze a customer for additional shipping cost. It was after a week before I was contacted by email to ask if I wanted the part shipped from the US and then added to the shipping cost to inflate the price of the part. The parts is good, the question is the integrity of Canada Mopar Parts.

I received the correct item I ordered and it arrived in reasonably good time.

Ordering was good but still haven’t got my product due to the shipper (Purolator) and the fact that CanadaMoparParts won’t allow you to pre-sign for delivery while you’re not home. It’s had me have to go to the pickup depot 3 times trying to get my part
