was great came quickly and was the right part.

good communication, thanks

Chris Tkachuk has been very prompt and helpful in finding the parts for my truck. His service is very much appreciated.

Parts on time

Shipped fast and good price. Fit like it should.

OEM parts good price. I saved a bunch of cash buying online rather than at the local dealership.

The experience with your online store was excellent. Not only was the delivery time across the country great (two days!) but the price was 50% off what the local dealer quoted me just before he refused to order the part because, “I don’t know the delivery date”. I usually try to buy local, but in this case buying online was to my advantage.

Great service and follow up.

Chris was excellent to deal. I ordered the diff & transfer case fluids, and it was delivered to me exactly on time. Again, thank you - I will be reordering here again in the near future.

I wanted to take a moment to express my sincere gratitude for the exceptional support I recently received regarding my cooling fan order. When I learned that Purolator had lost the first shipment, I was understandably frustrated and concerned about the delay. However, your team immediately stepped in and handled the situation with remarkable professionalism and care. You didn't hesitate—you quickly arranged a replacement and ensured it was shipped out right away. I was genuinely impressed when the replacement cooling fan arrived at my door within just 48 hours. That level of responsiveness turned what could have been a very negative experience into one that left me feeling valued as a customer. It's rare to encounter customer service that is not only efficient but also genuinely empathetic. Your team went above and beyond to make things right, and I deeply appreciate the effort and urgency you put into resolving the issue. Thank you again for your outstanding service. Because of experiences like this, I will not hesitate to recommend your company to others and to continue doing business with you in the future.

Seamless transaction, no surprises.

I bought parts for the grill on my Ram 3500. They were exactly what I wanted and were shipped quickly. Would definitely buy from them again

Thanks a lot
