This is the first time I used a CBD product to ingest. I normally use body creams. I had to get used to the taste because it tasted like alcohol. I reduced the recommended amount to twice a day. I am not sure if it helps but I feel less tired having used it for over a week now. I will keep continue using it to get the full affect.

I was sent a bottle of the sleep and relaxation CBD by Cannabotech. I wasn't sure what to expect. However I was very surprised. It came in lovely packaging etc. The bottle itself felt really nice smooth and clean. You have a pippet inside to drop the drops under your tongue. After reading the ingredients I thought it was going to taste horrible but it didn't. It tastes fresh and earthy but in a good way. Highly recommended. So far they have helped with anxiety and relaxation for sleep.
