The camera does not work on a saturday and the support answered me very quickly and wants to help also on the weekend. Theo were really friendly and we can find a solution.

I ordered a Camp Snap camera for my daughters Easter basket & the package came the day after Easter flat as a pancake! No camera in the package! We think it was stolen in route (not Camp Snaps fault) but we filed a claim & Camp Snap replaced the camera & shipped it to the grandparents house to hopefully avoid it getting stolen again.
