Delivered promptly, what more can I ask fit

Enquiry around issue with bite valves was responded to promptly and clearly. However, would be better if the issue was signposted and the resolution provided when receiving the product

Prompt and professional

Nothing wrong with the products, but shipping was really slow and the package came in a severely damaged (open!) box. With sheer luck nothing fell out (except possibly the invoice, that might have been included, once).

The product was delivered when I had to be away from the house, an image was sent by the courier company to show it been delivered to my house, but I only showed the bottom of somebody's front door and it was not mine. The bottle has yet to be seen at my house I have no idea what happened to it.
