I purchased the crossbody diaper bag and I mist say i am very impressed with how much fits in it. It my go to diaper bag it doesnt make it look bulky either nor does it make it feel heavy! I need more colors. Definitely recommend for anyone wanting a smaller bag than a diaper bag but still fits the necessities.

When I purchased the bag, I realize that the price went down within 30 days and I sent an email and they would not even refund the difference. Most companies do that especially within 30 days. I think that’s a ridiculous policy and not very customer friendly.

Love the bag. Very frustrated about the delayed delivery and misguided promises. The website said order before 12/22/25 at 12pm PST & receive by Christmas. I ordered on 12/21/25 at 9:30am EST & it did not arrive until after Christmas. When I reached out to Calpak the customer rep blamed Fed Ex.

So far have been great to work with them in customer service. Love almost all my products so far.
