Jasmine shampoo bar is good,
Jasmine shampoo bar is good, but dries out my hair a bit. Calm & Balm needs to work to improve it's communication with customers and ensure they are responded to on time. Sometimes you need the order to be delivered on time, so you need to make sure we can rely on you to do that as I received mine more than a week later despite being in the same city. Moreover, it would serve you better to use a bigger courier service that actually delivers everywhere and doesn't call you a week after you placed your order, asking to change the address. We are trying very hard to support small businesses, please don't make the process harder.

There was a problem with the delivery of the package. My paid package was sent as CoD. But the team responded and resolved immediately. Received my corrected delivery smoothly :)
