Always great and friendly , although more clarity regarding the strawberry shortcake sweatshirt I ordered in early March , never received and then was refunded after I reached out several times , I ordered it a few days after it came out because I was really excited about it and saw many people online recieve their orders weeks after I made mine and then was just refunded after 2 months and the second time I reached out . I’m disappointed .
