Iv e had my bag a week and love it! Durability unknown as yet but the warranty gives me excellent expectations.

A very good product. Pratical and can hold alot. The down side for me because of my bad back it was not yseful as it hurt my back. As i am a short person my neck area hurt and felt uncomfortable.

The two military 44 packs my husband and I bought for a European trip are great for that purpose, and also our choice for weekend trips where we want mobility in urban areas where a rolling suitcase is difficult to maneuver. The sturdy construction and practicality of these bags insures we will have many occasions to enjoy using them.

I'm surprised Cabin Zero asked me to write a review for them, but here goes anyway. After plenty of research I decided to buy a Cabin Zero 44l to replace my trusty wheeled case from Woolworths (cost £12, now over 10 years old). Loved the look, design, choice of colours of the bags & even though more expensive than some others out there, thought I had made the right choice. First outing of the summer was a 5 night trip to Italy in June. More than enough space for all my stuff - couldn't believe how roomy my bag was! Unfortunately, on our return, I noticed the stitching at the top of the bag coming apart. Not what I expected from a bag with a 10 year guarantee. I contacted customer service by FB messenger & email to report the issue. When I eventually got a reply I was told to send pics etc. complete a warranty form & return to the company (tracked, at my own cost). After a LOT of emails I finally received my replacement (yesterday - August 22nd). So would I buy a Canin Zero bag again? In a word - no. For the higher price you pay compared to others in a similar category (cabin sized luggage), the quality was disappointing & a 10 year guarantee is a draw, but if you have to pay retun P&P more than once (no offer of a free postage label), that's going to cost you too. In hindsight I should have bought one of the cheaper options out there & if it had failed after a couple of years been happy with that. I bought my bag in May, but couldn't take it my holiday in France in Jul/Aug or a festival in Aug because I was still waiting for a replacement........You decide.

i like the idea of the product, so handy and usefull for travelling and studying purposes, it looks like it made in good quality and it can carry alot of stuff

My opinion, of course I really like this brand! love it! With hobbies like adventure, climbing and exploring, of course it's very difficult to find a cool, comfortable and very trendy bag like Cabin Zero! Thank you for being my travel companion @ cabinzero!

I have purchased the bag because I saw a vlogger using it. I was not disappointed! I have the 38L and it is perfect for long weekend travels or as a hand carry. Since I love Cabin Zero so much, I gave 2 of my friends a Cabin Zero bag as a birthday present (and will give 2 others) I like how it is designed, from the inside to the outside appearance of the bag. On top of that, you can trace it in case it gets lost. Truly recommend this product!
