I was frustrated on the original order because they sent a 42 and 44. I contacted Ecco and found out they could not create another order for me. They had to refund my money. I then found out the shoes Inorder would be out of stock for a while. I did receive an email when they were back in stock and from there the order was fine.

I'd ordered 2 pair of shoes and they both arrived in a couple days everything was packaged well and no complaints. The BIOM 2. 2 sneakers are fantastic will buy more soon I hope ECCO doesn't try to change these they're a winner.
