My recent shampoo order arrived with a broken pump. Called customer service and they sent a replacement pump right away. Appreciate the speed and friendliness of the service rep.

I love the Moroccanoil original fragrance and since finding their products at Ulta I’ve been collecting different ones through the Moroccanoil website too. And I’ve been enjoying every purchase, I even gift the luxurious hand cream to special friends. Not only is the fragrance lovely but the results from the hair and body products have exceeded my expectations. I’m happily hooked!
