I LOVE these things!
These noodles are amazing and have saved my sanity on a keto diet. I've turned them into chicken fried rice, with spaghetti sauce, seafood Alfredo's....it has taken away my pasta cravings and for a carbaholic it brings joy back to dinner. I'm telling everyone that will listen about them.

Love your all products! They have helped me with my weight loss. So far I am down 14 lbs and will keep going. The Kanten Pasta is especially easy to use. I have modified my recipes and made Spaghetti, Chili without beans and a casserole with beef, cabbage green/red peppers ans salsa. My Diabetic meds are down by 1/3 and my blood pressure meds are down %50.
