Great ideas with jeans

Online shopping is easy, however your return/exchange process needs improvement. There are no stores where I live in Montreal and your return/exchange policies are unappealing enough to forget Mavi and make me shop elsewhere. It doesn’t help matters that your size chart is of no help whatsoever. I’m an average size woman with most other brands, jeans or other, with a 31” waist and 39” hips — and I’m not even close to one specific size according to your size chart. It was a real guessing game to order the right size and avoid having to intimate a return. Thankfully, ChatGPT had my back and size 31” is perfect for me. Also, your option to ‘notify me’ when a size is back in stock doesn’t work. Just moments after click the option, I receive a notification that the item is back in stock and when I go to order it, it isn’t… Pretty frustrating. I was willing to wait, but I don’t have time to keep checking your website, so I moved on and found a great pair of Levi’s instead. Too bad.

I have not worn them for a long time yet, so I cannot comment on how they will stretch or maintain their shape after a few months. However, the fit is absolutely perfect. I got the 32/32, and it is the best fit I own. The fabric is very soft and pleasant against the skin, without feeling like flannel pyjamas. The colour matches the photos exactly. This is not my first purchase from MAVI, and once again, I am not disappointed.
