Ordering and delivery good, product bad

We got my daughter the the Kruzer 200 scooter for her birthday and she loves it! Our road has a lot of pumps so she loves the big tires on it so she can use it on the road. We love the fact that it folds for easy storage. We would have liked a strap so she could carry it when folded. Other than that we love it!

Wanted to make sure the scooter came in a plain box so when it arrived my daughter wouldn’t see what it is being it is for her birthday. I called customer service and Anthony was awesome about it and put in a request to the warehouse for me.
