Love the shampoo and conditioner. They smell great and the conditioner has great slip. Even if my hair has knots, the conditioner is guaranteed to smooth them out.

Shipping is always fast with Lus! I love that Lus offers the 1L bottles for shampoo, conditioner and styling cream. I would like them to add a size in between the small and 1L. I feel that the “regular” size is small that is why I go for the 1L

I really like the products however I wish the price point was a bit lower than what it is. With everything being so much more expensive (groceries,etc) it's harder to justify not going to a drugstore brand that costs 1/3 of what these do. I have a family of five. I am also in perimenopause now and experiencing hair loss like never in my life!! Would love a product for that specifically that actually is effective - not just a scam or gimmick. A real formula.

Since switching to Lus Products my hair is softer, more manageable and I can go a day or two between washes and it still looks good!

I like the products. Especially that there is an unscented version.

Love all your products. However, I have a problem with the container of the large format deep conditioner. It stops pumping when it gets to around 2” of product at the bottom. I inevitably have to cut the container with an exacto blade to get at the remainder. Not sure what you can do to fix this.

I have been using the 3 step program for over a year now and I absolutely LOVE these products. They have brought new life back into my curls. I didn't think I would ever find a product that would give me such soft curls! My only regret is that I didn't find it sooner!

Amazing products.

Love these products. I can get 3 solid days out of my curls with very minimal retouching. LUS keeps my hair moisturized with soft bouncy curls.
