The products are a bit pricey, so I’m still deciding if it’s worth it in the long run, but I plan to finish the bottle I bought. Shipping was fast, and everything arrived nicely wrapped. I also like the subscription options and the freebies offered — they’re a nice touch. Overall, a solid first experience: good customer service, thoughtful packaging, and quality products, though a bit of a splurge for a first-time buyer.
