Bought the Cloud III S. Love it. It’s comfortable and the fact that I can take the mic off and still have a mic on the headset itself is perfect. The only thing I didn’t like was the Bluetooth. I don’t know why the made it the way they did. It’s the dumbest and most asinine feature of the headset. You can only be connected to one audio source. The usb dongle or Bluetooth. They have a switch for it and a prompt that tells you which setting your on. You can’t listen to music with your game audio.

Staff were less than transparent and knowledgeable about the state of the product and software. I ordered three microphones (returning two) before I realized that the software was bad.
