Customer services are always excellent, fast and responsible response to the feedbacks that are always trusted. But the delivery had been too long shipping to Canada (and by the terrible UPS), it took about 43 days (from order placed) to got the delivery. Especially the last mile via the terrible UPS. . . , what a chaos and disaster. It took me waiting at home 2 days (no UPS guy showed but just Delivery Attempt directly), and then spending 4 days dealing with this issue. . . This do affect the willing of me whether I should still order glasses from G4U. . . I do hope G4U. ca can use the Canada Post as the courier.
