Good price, quick shipping and my son really likes the stick.

My son has a team coat for his AAA team and he left it out at Thanksgiving, so I tried it on. The feel. Length, warmth was amazing, so I bought one. Arrived prior to my youngest son's trip to a tournament in Denver and I wore it like a second skin for 4 games. Loved it and have been wearing it ever since. Took it it to UK for Christmas and still keeping me warm. Favourite jacket and so comfy. Want to swap it out for my eldest son's jacket only cos it has his team logo and name on it. Great product.

I'm very happy with both items I ordered but had issues with the website. My order was actually shipped before I received an email confirmation. I also tried to open an account but it also took more than 24 hrs to receive an activation email. Tried reaching out to customer service but never received a response.

We had a warranty claim on a stick we purchased from CCM online and it was a smooth and easy caim and we got our new stick quickly.

I would like to see better tacking system. I was unaware of the status of my order other than it was shipped. Other than that great experience.
