Took a few weeks to get here, but that's ok with me. Two products didn't smell at all like the scent that was advertised. Customer service was responsive, but wouldn't facilitate an exchange or refund for either on that basis, as their team was happy with the way the products smelled, and nothing was technically wrong with the products. The wipes showed up with damaged packaging, which they did apologize for and offered to reimburse or exchange. Makes me wary of buying products with scent from this site, as I strongly dislike some scents and think a product should smell at least somewhat like the advertised scent (the vanilla cream lotion smells to me like a lemon cleansing product, and the lavender thyme wipes just smell like chemicals and don't appear to contain any ingredients derived from those plants). Wanted to love them! The mineral sunscreen products I bought were great, tho, so a mixed bag, experience-wise. 3/5 stars.
