Great trampoline! As expected, no concerns.

Love it so far!

amazing service- attention to detail- fixed my user error (I ordered the wrong size) and sent the correct part I needed based on past records. The best!

Item quality poor. In a short time, the trampoline mat had a hole and the poles were starting to break. Customer service representatives said that the hole was “caused by an acorn” and the pole damage must have been caused by significant winds. Neither was the case. The alleged warranty covered nothing.

The trampoline itself is great, but the customer service is not very good. Our pieces came damaged and they would not replace them.

Very nice

Very easy and great experience

Parts were shipped quick great packaging and came fast. Looking forward to many years of jumping around with Akon.

Received in good

Excellent product! Well worth the money and installation was easy! Delivery was also well handled!

Replacement net was very easy to install and is great!

Well handled

we have had our Acon trampoline for over ten years. We live in Alaska and it endures so much from the weather, yet still works great. We just got a new mat, my son loves the fresh bounce:)

Customer service helpful. Replacement mat received in a timely manner. Installation instructions should have been included with delivery of replacement mat.

The sail service was great . The shipping was as fast as they said !!!

5 star !!!

Great customer service

No complaints! Everything was in great shape at it's arrival, never had to work with customer service on anything. Delivery is always prompt.

After market A1💪🙌✨

I bought this item instead of some generic ones from Amazon. I paid twice the price but happy with the quality and that it didn’t smell bad comparing some competitir oroduct. No electric pump but the manual one is well designed and serve the purpose.
