Ordered a pair of jeans online and am having the worst experience ever. I've owned numerous pairs of 34 Heritage jeans in the past and this was my first time ordering online. They shipped the wrong jeans and tried to tell me that the jeans were the ones that I ordered but were just mislabeled. I know that this is not the case because I currently have a pair of the jeans that were ordered and the denim is quite different compared to those that were shipped. I sent them photos of all the labels from the jeans to prove my case and still nothing is happening. All I want them to do is re-ship the correct jeans (as ordered) on an expedited basis but the process has been ongoing for days via email. It's impossible to get through to a Customer Service rep via telephone for real-time support. Will never order from the 34 Heritage website again, if I even buy their jeans again. Incredibly disappointing.
