It took a little to long to receive it but that happens can’t control that. But C3STROM is always there to answer your questions.

I bought a c3strom astro Por a little less than a week now. Since I got it the display is not working. Just showing me a black screen with 0000 at the bottom left hand corner. Been trying to get some help from someone & no one seems to know how to fix it. If someone can help me out that will be great.

I've had my Astro Pro for a few weeks now and I have to say that this is thing is an absolute beast. The speed and power of the bike are fantastic along with the ergonomics and practical considerations of headlights, turning lights and brake light that few but the most premium ebikes have. The real special thing about the Astro, however, is its styling. It is really a head turner and there's hardly a place where there isn't someone asking me about it. In function it is an ebike but at it's heart is a 21st century tribute to the first motorbikes when intrepid folks strapped combustion engines to pedal bikes. I also must give a nod to a very responsive and professional team at C3Strom that took care of my support concerns. My bike was delivered without a scratch but when I found that my extra battery mount was missing, they sent me one right away. When I ride my Astro Pro I know I'm riding the future.

I have driven my bike roughly about 350 miles everything‘s working on it great. The only thing I would like to see changed is a shock absorber on the back end and a better headlight. I have gotten a comment almost every time I have ridden the bike about how good it looks. To me that’s not so important but I think you have a great product.

I was promised a delivered product for late September in which was closely met in my opinion. Thought the months of waiting I was sent updates on production. Such updates included improvements from the original prototype, performance reviews and how every piece of the bike was produced. I felt part of a team as I sent recommendations and had conversations with C3STROM. I had a series of inquiries that were all answered very quickly and thoroughly. I knew what to expect when the product shipped including timeline and when to expect it. Mine was delivered a few days early and was easy to assemble since videos were already posted on how to assemble. I have had no issues with this C3STROM and have to say their products and costumer service is exceptional. They are quick to help and answer all questions. I have dealt with other companies in this field and C3STROM is truly one of the best hands down. I would order another bike from them again.

I’ve owned multiple e-bikes and I don’t think that I’ve found a better value than what the Astro provides. C3Strom did a phenomenal job making the best use of the handlebar space and the ride quality is silky smooth. Excellent acceleration is icing on the cake… Better than some bikes costing over $1k more.
