Pretty smooth system and easy to use. Email and app check-in didn't coordinate if completed but any issues were quickly addressed to our satisfaction and my daughter completed the treatment and is using the retainers now. We are pleased.

The retainers don't even match my last aligners. My teeth were achy for the first week!

Up to the retainers it was perfect but it took 2 months to get the retainers then they are extremely tight cutting my bottom lip twice I need different retainers

Terrible. No one responds after you buy the expensive retainer plans. Tooth cracks? Sucks to be you!

Found this entire experience lengthy, frustrating, and ultimately not worth the cost. Have not delivered on expectations nor goals of treatment. Deeply Regretful for not going back to a local carrier/orthodontist.

I love how my teeth have responded to the aligners. Not real happy that I’m on pack fifteen still after three weeks. Waiting for the rest of the alliners.
