Just in time for Christmas

First time ordering from b-Vibe. Communications are professional, but it did take them 2 days to reply to my email. However, I do realize this is a busy time of the year. Also, it's been 10 days & I still have yet to receive my order. Again, this may not entirely be their fault, as some of the delay could be due to FedEx.
