I sent a note asking if I could incorporate pickles and artichokes into my meals and never got a response. Wondering why in the 10 day cleanse exercise it is suggested 30 minutes and the 30 day cleanse moves down to 20 minutes? Also, wondering why banana, melons, grapes, pineapple are restricted?
