Bit of a mixed bag. I'll start with all the positives. The package came quickly and was sent in a discreet way. The products I ordered are all good quality and I had a positive experience with customer service. I do wish the products weren't sent loose inside the coffee, but I still appreciate the packaging as a whole. I also feel like I was over charged for delivery through the EBay payment option, but customer service did give a discount for my next purchase. I'll choose to pay with another method in the future. Although I found a more local source I'll still choose this service again because I feel they're doing good work!
