I’m very aware that I’m not a jewellery designer, but I had a lot of thoughts, questions and concerns throughout the process and Victoria listened and took every one of them on board. Designing around a large and exceptional stone for a relatively small hand came with so many considerations — proportions, flow, height, balance, wedding band fit and creating something bold yet still refined and timeless. Victoria not only listened, but understood exactly what mattered and translated it into a design far more beautiful and expertly resolved than I could ever have imagined myself. The result is beyond anything we could have dreamed of - elegant, timeless and completely perfect. We absolutely love our rings and will treasure them forever.

Perfect product and service, beside the annoying delivery delay at customs

Ordered a small necklace for a a Christmas present. The product is lovely. Had some concerns about delivery so used the only message portal. Unusually (in my experience) I got a prompt response from this which alliviated my concerns fully. Very impressed with the service. As for improvements. The presentation box looks great, however inside the box the necklace was contained in a leather pouch much smaller than the box. If the jewellery could be presented better that would really make it as a product.

Happy with the product but not happy with the post sales customer service as repeated requests to provide a copy of invoice again (had lost it) and product certification (which never arrived) have gone unattended for long. Repeated calls at the customer care # provided on website is always non-reahable, emails sent at hello@skydiamond.com and request filled up via web-forms yielded no response.

When we later decided to purchase the ring online, the service remained excellent—our inquiries were promptly answered, and when I needed a slight resize after receiving the ring, they handled it quickly and at no extra cost. We chose the 1. 02-ct classic solitaire engagement ring in 18k gold, and I absolutely love it. The tapered gold band has a delicate, elegant feel, and the diamond sits beautifully in its setting—not too high, which was important to me.
