I contacted them like 4 times and they responded every time. Very helpful and answered all my questions. They even sent me a screenshot when i was unable to track my order. The Helly Jelly is thick like honey but not sticky at all. If you run through your products, this will definitely last you a long time. I should have gotten a smaller size because i am definitely not going to use all of this within 12 months. No smell, lasts all day, and gives that dewy look. Vaseline gives me a greasy look.

The helly jelly skin jelly is thicker and yet somehow less greasy than traditional Vaseline. I use it on my lips, skin, and even around my eyes. I love how it feels, that it supports a small business, and that it doesn’t contain petroleum. Win win win

Recently got a new tattoo, and obviously needed something to help lock in moisture without risking irritation for aftercare, and my helly jelly has been coming in totally clutch. I've been using the original formula (with Beeswax) and absolutely loving the way the area on my arm feels with the helly jelly. I've also been using it on older (2+ years) ink and have been loving the way it's slowly revitalized the colors.

Been having some issues with dry lips and feet this winter. I used Helly Jelly for two days and my lips are so soft. I can’t wait to try on my toes. Great product!!!!

It smells great and I've decided to reserve it for the special dayz. I also bought the helly jelly 12oz container, and let me tell you I use it every night as part of my night ritual. It had kept my skin hydrated through the winter and soft and smooth during the day. I looooove this stuff! Also, it doesn't clog pores.

4. 5 stars. Received my products on time and the initial purchase discount was honored with ease. Some product sizes, like the 1 oz jelly have been out of stock for over a month. I really wanted to try the smallest sizes first but got tired of waiting for it. The only reason I kept checking was because I obtained a single use sample and that peaked my interest. Amazing order and shipping process!
