I’m really disappointed that free shipping wasn’t available for my order of regular priced climbing shoes just because I used a gift certificate. That policy feels completely illogical. A gift certificate shouldn’t disqualify an order from basic shipping benefits.

They sent the wrong size shoe twice. The size was not even close. When I emailed them (their required return process), they never responded. No email. No call. I finally had to dispute the charges on my credit card.

Please never discontinue the Gomis -- they're the only shoes I've found that really fit my feet. They are my favorite climbing shoes -- and that's across other shoes from Butora, 5. 10, La Sportiva, and Scarpa.

I hope this culture of hating one’s feet in the climbing community ends soon. Just when you think you’ve found your proper fit—already up from your street shoe size—add another full size with Butora. Without an offer for free shipping, trying to sort out sizing will get expensive.

I will wear these pair till the end of time This is my 2nd pair of these shoes and that says plenty! I need very wide toe box for comfort and very narrow heel box for heel hook, Acro comp is the only one that provides me with both! And the rubber is so grippy that it really helps me up my feet work game! Acro comp just fits my feet so well that it doesn’t need wearing in at all, it’s crazy! Please don’t discontinue it EVER

love these shoes! soft agile sensitive. maybe not as much edging capability as a stiffer shoe but hasn't bothered me. great for smearing. got the wide version in men's 6 / women's 7 (true to my street shoe size) and they fit just right, still tight and a little ouchie as they break in but I can tell after a week of climbing they'll be super comfortable soon

I love the endeavors and have had multiple pairs over the past few years. I was sad to hear that they were being discontinued, but I snagged a pair of the 2. 0s and so far I love them! Butora has been great to deal with and shipping was pretty fast. Hopefully the 2. 0s will stick around for a while!
