Absolutely delicious! Just had it crumbled on Minestrone Soup! Bought in Sainsbury's Eastbourne.

I was looking for a blue cheese for Christmas and saw the Stratford blue in Morrisons at a good price and it was just what I wanted perfect I am now on my 3rd pack Nice and creamy not too strong. 😋

Ordered special cheese package £45 on 20/08 for hubby's birthday party treat, selecting delivery date 31/08. Received text update from courier that would be delivered 23/08 (nobody would be in to accept),so contacted them ASAP to reschedule for 31/08 which was acknowledged. Waited in all day, no delivery so emailed couriers the next day to query, they replied the saying item was returned to sender. No reply from Butlers to say whether will be delivered another day, or my payment will be refunded. Very disappointed.

So good in every way! The cheese delicious, the packaging amazing, the delivery perfect.

The product is good. The delivery is not good for a fresh product. My delivery was a day late. Where had the product been meanwhile? Would certainly think twice about repeating. JW

I have used Butlers a few times now. I tend to keep to the same cheeses and sourdough crackers, but you like what you like don't you

Ever since I found Butlers Farmhouse Cheese it’s been a pure delight. The cheeses are delicious, the service is second to none, even when I mess up on the order. The delivery is always perfect especially as I can’t manage to go to the shop and buy it. Thank you to Butlers Farmhouse Cheeses, I can’t fault any cheese I have purchased, they’ve always been perfect.

Ordered a range of cheese, most of which is lovely. Goosenargh Gold was mouldy four weeks before the expiry date on its sealed packet. No order despatch email (as promised on the order confirmation) left me wondering whether it would arrive on time; thankfully, it did. No response to email enquiring about despatch over two weeks later. No response to answerphone message reporting mouldy cheese. Keen to support small local companies but disappointed by lack of apparent customer care. I wouldn’t usually post reviews like this but if the company doesn’t want to resolve the issue, people need to be aware.

Their cheese board and homemade olives are so moreish. Be careful, I nearly finished them all in one sitting!

Cheese was good quality. As it was a gift it would have been helpful to pick a date for arrival rather than despatch.

I buy the Butler�s Blue Beacon Lancashire (blue) goats cheese. Tesco�s do it. Best served at cellar temperature. It�s delicious, creamy but with an interest brought in by the blue vein, and a hint of steel running through it. Forget Stilton in my view.
