I was diagnosed with melanoma back in 2003. After several surgeries I was able to overcome the cancer. Soon after, one of my good friends (who is a world class rock climber) told me about the sunscreen that the founders of BU created. I loved that it did not contain any nasty ingredients, that it went on super smooth, and -- mostly -- that I never got a sunburn ever again. I used it for years until I found out that the founders had formulated an even better sunscreen. I didn't think that was possible, but gave it a try. I am thrilled that I found Bu! So often sunscreens are heavy and sticky and you think this is necessary for full coverage- well, not with Bu! Bu is easy to reapply throughout the day and there's nothing greasy about it! I have to say it works very well and my skin did not have any kind of strange reactions.

I have been playing in the water and on the sand for my entire life. BU Sunscreen makes these adventures better! Protection from the harmful rays from the sun is first and foremost. If you have ever played beach volleyball, you know how sand sticks to everything,especially sunscreens. But not BU! I don't know how they do it, but sand doesn't stick to it. Love this sunscreen - easy to apply, smells great, and feels good on my skin. Not sticky like other creams/sprays. Long lasting protection - great for long runs, bike rides, or days at the beach. We included this in our welcome bags at our beach destination wedding and all of our guests loved it.

I'm an office guy who works a lot of weekends in the sun. I trust bu and spray it directly on my face, all over, instead of rubbing it in around my eyes. The spray is very gentle and doesn't go where I don't want it to. It doesn't have that heavy sunscreen smell either. It's a perfect fit for me and the small bottle fits into my work bag so I don't forget it.

There are so many things to love about the BU sunscreen brand! For one thing, it’s super easy to apply onto the skin and feels 100% natural when the sunscreen has been applied - this speaks to how convenient and fast, yet extremely effective the BU sunscreens are especially when life is fast-paced. Secondly, the natural feel of the sunscreen makes you want to use it both outdoors (for sports or walking) and indoors, which I recently found is really important to protect my skin from the sun rays that can cause damage to the skin even when we are indoors. I started using Bu years ago when I was participating in very long endurance events that kept me out in the sun all day. I didn't have time for creamy sunscreens and found that with Bu I could reapply sunscreen quickly and be on my way. I never got burned, which is a tough feat for my sensitive skin! More recently, I have found my 4 yr old son also prefers Bu to creamy sunscreens (as in he actually lets me put it on), and he does not turn into a sticky mess after playing outside all day.
