Not sure where the hold-up happens but my deliveries are typically 5>7 days. Could be a Fed-Ex issue but once again I placed and order on Dec. 10th and despite clams of an arlier delivery date I have still not received my order.

I am disappointed with my first order even though I have not received it. I was told Two items were out of stock and the company suggested alternatives which I approved. However I was told they chose to ship something else entirely which I will not use and would not order. My last two emails asking for a resolution to this have gone unanswered.
