Customer service was very unhelpful. Installation instructions for screen protector were for another version of the product and they were unhelpful for installation. When I asked for a replacement so I could install properly I was told no. Poor customer service and product management. You couldn't include written instructions?

Shipment was lostvin transition but the Burga team was kind enough to replace it and deliver it. Was super happy when the cases arrived. Loving that small velvety pouch it comes in with. Might purchase again.

Shipping time was long to New Zealand as advised on the site which was fine,so I was amazed when it arrived as I didn’t have tracking numbers Given the current COVID situation I wasn’t expecting it to arrive at all do totally happy when it was delivered Thanks
