Bumbletrees service was efficent, their website easy to use its a shame the product wasn't the same. I purchased 2x TY Mango Cats for my kitten, as he has one already and plays with it alot. Its beginning to show signs of wear and tear, so i future proofed, ensuring that he would have a replacement. The current product is nothing like as good quality and if i had seen them in advance i probably would not have bought 2.
