I called sent an emails multiple times with no response. So 0 for customer service. I ordered the Waxed Jeans. Couldn't even fit into them. Ignore whatever people are saying about sticking to regular size on size smaller on these. If anything size up since there is no stretch in the pants.

First impressions are very favourable. Excellent build quality and materials. My only quibble that that for a 'slim fit' the jeans are still quite baggy.

Great pants but Slim won’t fit if you have calf muscles!!!!

I'm an amp so I am constantly looking for clothes that don't rip on my prosthetic. These jeans pass that test. They are also super stylish and comfortable. I am SUPER stoked they released the shorts. Literally cannot wait till I can get a couple pairs for myself!

Love the jeans but the 36" inseam is a little short. I ended up washing them and stretching them out before drying, it sort of worked. . . need to add a 37" inseam!!

Got the jeans for my husband, as he loves his first pair. They're durable, flexible, and comfortable (as reported). The team cares about your product experience, and are very easy to get in contact with for any exchanges. Worth the cost!

I work a very rough construction site and I have burned up almost every brand of denim under the sun. I am super impressed with BP and the way they conform to your body. Like a new pair of boots, the more you wear em, the better they get. Extremely tough. Get very comfortable the more you wear them. Customer for life right here. Not to mention they showed up 4 days before the expected delivery date!

These pants are the toughest pants I’ve ever owned, I literally wear them every day. Most jeans hardly last 6 months working at a car wash. My only complaint is that the sizing isn’t consistent. I have solely bought 32/34 adventure fits. My two black pairs are huge, imagine Harley motorcycle baggy jeans, probably 35/34 with super baggy legs/thighs. My green ones are too small, probably 31/34, with skin tight thighs. Bought my tobacco brown ones first and they still fit perfect, though after several years (3+) I have finally worn through the pockets and crotch, nothing wrong with them, I’m just super rough on pants . My whiskey ones also still fit perfect. My tan ones are pretty baggy, probably 34/34 sizing. My two pairs of blue ones are also super small, maybe 31/34 sizing with super slim fitting thighs. I absolutely love the pants, and need to order some more (they do EVENTUALLY wear out), but am at a loss as to what size to order. Side note, they weren’t all ordered at the same time… ordered tobacco brown, then blue and black, then green, whiskey, and tan, and then blue and black. All of them were labeled 32/34 adventure fit…

I've bought three pairs of these: Slate Grey, Tobacco Brown, and Midnight Blue. I've owned them for about year and half at this point. Structure-wise, they've held up, and I've loved the fit and feel of them. I'm 6'0'' and 195lb, and the 33x34s fit perfect... But that brings me to my gripe... Color-wise they have not been holding up: my grey and blue pants have been turning purple over time. This is most prevalent in the Slate Grey, there's a distinct purple hue due to red being the undertone, but it's even more absurd that you can see the red undertone coming out in the thighs of the Midnight Blue, a color which unquestionably should be...Blue. In case you're wondering, yes, I have always washed them on cold cycle. Even if I hadn't, why is a red dye being used as the undertone for blue colors? I love your pants and would love to buy more of them, but really hope you can fix the color problems. Please let me know if that's changed...otherwise, I won't be buying again. (I wanted to post a picture to show the colors, but this review doesn't allow me to.)

love the stretch material and the camo. BUT the waist rise is a little short. It should be 10.5 inches instead of 9 in my opinion. The belt lopes are only bar tacked. They should be bar tacked and sewn into the waist band to make them a lot more durable. Other than me being picky I like them. Oh one more thing they are made in China. I wish they were made in USA

So I had to change an order I placed on a Friday afternoon on a Federal holiday. I was not expecting any sort of timely response but was I ever wrong. I texted the company first and then while I was eating lunch I decided to call them. In seconds I was talking to a really helpful gentleman who took care of the change immediately. Then right after that I got a response to my text and conducted a conversation via text from none other than the company owner/founder! I am beyond impressed with this; I even believe it is possible the person I spoke to when I called was him also but can’t say for sure. All I know is it is impressive and confidence inspiring when a company founder/owner takes time to respond to and help just an ordinary person like myself who needed help.

I own 8 pairs of these pants and wear them almost everyday. They are the most comfortable, and best looking pants I've ever owned. Further, I love that I can wear them with a t-shirt to work, then throw on a button up and head to a family dinner and they look great in both circumstances. My job is extremely active and they have never ripped or frayed.

VERY SATISFIED CUSTOMER HERE!! I bought a pair of the Slim fit in the tobacco brown and love them. They're the first pair of pants I reach for, and being so satisfied with them, I elected to purchase another pair. I couldn't remember if I'd bought the Slim or Adventure fit, and so, added both to my cart. Accidentally ordered the Adventure fit, thinking it was the fit I had before. When it arrived and I tried them on, I thought I'd made a huge mistake. I emailed Will, and he sent me a return label right away, and I figured I'd need to wait until they returned to Bulletprufe to get my refund. I emailed Will asking to exchange for the slim fit, and to my surprise, he sent me a gift card for the amount of the pants en route, to expedite my exchange.

They lasted me a few months and split right on the crotch. A big hole, right there. I contacted support, they had me send pictures. It's been weeks. I haven't heard back since. 😕 Hopefully just a manufacture defect, because I really liked them.

I read a lot of reviews on how great the customer service was so I decided to try things out even though I got the feeling this company was semi-new and small, Reached out Will by email to ask some questions and even called the number they left but still nothing. Took the plunge anyway, I will say the jeans are very nice, good quality, and comfortable, but I noticed the sizing really varies depending on the color you get. Some of mine fit perfectly and others almost seem like they gave me a half or full size too big, even though it's the same size as the others. Reached out to Will to see about exchanging or anything but never heard back...for the second time. Not sure if my email got spammed or what. Like I said the jeans are great and very comfortable, I just would have expected a better buying experience for $118 dollar jeans is all. I like supporting the little guys and would keep buying from these guys if some of the communication got better, otherwise I'm not so sold on these jeans. I guess we will see how long they last, maybe I'll love them.

I love this company and their products. I have three pair of the adventure fit jeans (2 hike/work, 1 for nicer occasions) and I couldn't be more impressed with them. That's why I was so upset to find a hole in the knee of one of my work pairs only 10 months after purchasing :(...to be fair I do beat them up pretty bad working in a woodshop and putting in miles on the trail over weekends. I was hoping I had found the answer to a lasting pair of comfortable jeans...we'll see how long the other pair holds up. I would definitely recommend this product to anyone and everyone. Thank you!!

The jeans fit nice but I got the tobacco brown and they’re a totally different shade of brown than the picture depicted.

Bought several different colors in the 'Adventure' cut for my 26-year-old son who played ice-hockey and soccer for years, and has massive quads. He's not overly tall but incredibly muscular, so finding 'cool' jeans that he can wear to work or for social occasions is a big deal. The fit is perfect, the durability fantastic, and he says the comfort is - well, everything!

I still have these jeans since 2017 and not a scratch on them. Love them. Every time I think for sure I tore them or ripped them I look down to see not a scratch on them. Truly remarkable. I Just picked up more today!!!! Will, your the man!!!! Everyone needs to get these pants the comfort of the 4 way and fit combined with the durability makes these the last pair of jeans you will ever buy
