I had trouble ordering the dock diving bumper from the website. I called Bulletproof pet products and they were happy to take my order and payment over the phone. Very polite and helpful with any questions I had. Received a proof via text prior to shipping. Once I approved, it was shipped and received faster than I expected. I will be ordering my pups bumpers from only Bulletproof Pet Supplies.

Excellent

very fast shipping

These are so awesome I ended up getting a few more for my pets also. My work Malinois has this in his kennel throughout our shift and it’s perfect. I love that it’s square so it really doesn’t roll around when on regular patrol. Excellent customer service also. Shipping was very goo

Great customer service!

Great product, very well built. Staff is awesome.

Been buying these for my 60 pound super-chewer doge for about 2 years now. They are seriously the best and he loves them. Will continue buying them (and the toys last a very long time!)

Great service. I requested a custom bumper and it was perfect. Wonderful communication during the process too!

Everything was perfect.

Great service. Love that you are a small family business. Learned of you through Salty Cracker.

Bulletproof pets is excellent with the quality of products and prompt customer service. I look forward to placing further orders. So far we have tried calming supplements, dog toys and leashes and enjoy it all......thanks so much.

Although shipping was really slow, the product came as promised and the customer service was really quick and helpful when I was trying to determine the best option for my dog.
