Built Bars charged me for four boxes of bars two weeks ago. I have been checking for the past two weeks and it said a shipping label had been created and there has been no more communication. I wrote the page for questions about my order and told not write again since they were working on “it”! I love the bars but I can buy other bars with quicker service. This has been a problem with them for a few years and I see no signs of improvement.

I’ve been a loyal customer for well over a year now. I live in Miami. Every time I order them they come melted. There has to be a better way to pack them for hot weather cities and states. I only order one at a time for this reason. I try to get them at Costco but I would rather use your website. The bars are amazing. The price point is too high and there has to be better shipping. Otherwise I don’t go a day without one.

Puffs tasted great. Only downside is that they are not very affordable so I would not buy them on a regular basis.

I’ve been waiting for over 2 months for restock of the Built bars. Unable to give an update. Called and emailed several times with no answers. Poor communication with customers!

Built bars are my family's favorite protein bars but shipping seems to take FOREVER every time I place an order.

These protein bars are next level. First one I tried, Banana Cream Pie is so GOOD!!! I put mine in the freezer, the texture is incredible. 10/10 recommend.
