Love this brand but the detergent ruins my clothes. Leaves oil residue stains all over everything. Even tried switching detergents for a year, had no problems with my clothes, then switched back to buff city and all my clothes are stained again.

Customer service was very responsive and was quick to send me a new shower gel to correct the previous order.

I love BUFF!! I have never purchased an item I did not love (including lotion. . . and I am not a fan of using lotion typically). I miss my local shops - I can no longer just walk in and grab random things. . . online isn't bad, but I am missing my instant gratification! haha
