Excellent customer service

I love the product, but shipping has been slow both times I've ordered. Product usually not even shipped until a week after an order has been put in, which is disappointing when excited for new gear. Definitely a bummer when the product is by far my fav.

I wish the return or exchange process was better. Other than that, loving the fit and quality.
