Excellent customer service. Had to alter my order because I ordered the wrong size. They had me fixed up before the order got picked. TBH I could have kept the original size because they run a little bit big and have plenty of stretch.

Overall good. I like the flexibility compared to more rigid jeans. I do wish the pockets were a bit deeper though. My phone and wallet sit a bit awkward in the Jeans when sitting down which would be solved if they were at least an inch deeper.

Runs true (relaxed) bordering on forgiving. The bottom leg openings are larger than my previous pair but looks good over a standard shoe.

I bought a blue pair recently (Slim Ash) and they look good but the black just looks faded it's not stressed out over the pockets and in the areas that it looks like in the picture 36x32 is my size in a buffalo it's all I ever buy and I have plenty of them so that's never an issue I just wish these looked like the picture

I bought similar pair a long time ago at Costco in Canada and that pair served me well for years!!! I loved them even when they got a couple of paint stains that wouldn’t come off. I was so happy to find the replacement. Got two pairs this time in regular and slightly bigger size - just in case weight fluctuates, lol.
