Excellent jacket. The quality of the leather is a great and the fit is perfect. I had to exchange the size and the interactions with the customer service was smooth and effective.

My Roosevelt Pilot bag cane packaged beautifully and in a cloth bag with BJTC logo on it. I’m thrilled with the quality. Thick, luxurious leather and heavy zippers. Couldn’t be happier. I was a bit nervous as BJTC uses USPS as their primary shipping method and I have had numerous terrible experiences with the postal service. Ground advantage with 100. 00 insurance what I expected on a bag that cost almost 4 times that. I would have happily paid a premium shipping method with another carrier if offered. I plan to purchase more products from BJTC but hoping they will offer better shipping options. USPS has “lost” many of our packages here in the south. It’s a known issue.

Great products, at a great price, fast shipping

Roosevelt LE duffle bag The quality is excellent. The grain of the leather gives it a very rustic, rugged and vintage vibe. The size is more than enough for a full week of clothes. The only complaint i have is that the zipper tracks are not brass as the zipper itself, they are made of some kind of plastic. Nothing wrong with that per se but i think brass would not only match the rest of the brassware (links for the handles, zipper heads etc) but also give the whole bag a more rugged and good quality look at the same time.
