Wrong size hat on them and they would not correct

Very user friendly

Goid communication andcshiping updates.

My wife asked me what I wanted for my birthday. I told her I wanted this hat, turns out it was a pretty good birthday present. I’m wearing it every day.

Terrible customer service. Don’t even try to help. Ordered one buff, charged for three. Asked for the order to be cancelled. They refused. Order shipped several days later. I’m stuck with three of the same item.

Great experience

Great customer service with fair pricing & quick shipment

Early adopter of Buff headwear since about 2001. I use them for cycling, scuba diving, ponytail holder, neck gaiter, COVID mask, and of course fashion accessory.

Please make more colors in SM/MD size for the 5 panel Go cap
