I’ve been ordering from here for a few years now, not sure what happened a few months ago but things have changed, not sure if another company took over but the payment is different, it comes up in euros, payment is Paris & I get charged a non stirling fee by my bank. Orders take way longer to arrive and no once responds to emails now.

I have an order on SHOP which hasn’t arrived, I have emailed, no reply, even my partner hasn’t got his. What’s going on? Is it even coming?
