100% Recommend BudMother
My usual website disappeared off the face of the earth, must've been fate! My first order from BudMother, I got the cbd and hhc sampler packs and 1. 5g of Delta 8. Arrived very fast, well packaged and everything was clearly labelled. The smells as I opened each packet to take a whiff was amazing, that alone brang great relaxation. The product does exactly what it says on the website and I will be passing word to friends and family to try out BudMother. I am glad I chose you! Extremely satisfied with everything.

I've had an order lost in the post and had defective vapes arrive. Both times the customer service representative Sophie W went above and beyond to compensate by sending out replacements. I wish all companies had customer service like you!

Nothing received, no response
My last order never turned up. I have repeatedly tried to contact support and have not had a single response - not a peep! Previous orders all went down without a hitch and I very much enjoyed their products. Seems a few people below in the reviews have had the same problem. If you're considering making an order for the first time, BEWARE! Usually it turns out OK but if it doesn't you won't get any help whatsoever!

No help, no humans, plenty of bots
After being sent a generous code to come back to BM, I took my time filling my basket, once sorted, the code wouldn't accept. I have been on the chat and asked, no response. Why request my custom, and then make it impossible? I do not use social media, so there is no point in advising I go down that route. I hope this can be re-arranged. Many Thanks

Get your orders in, as it may be our beloved Mum has attention? I've put in a few orders as I love the products & am healthier after a few years of microdosing, than I was 20 years ago! I came across this From this weeks H & P newsletter.... "At the moment, it seems the only place selling delta 8 THC products in the UK is Budmother. They have delta 8 flower, hash and vapes. As these products are probably illegal, we can’t advise you to purchase them"

TWO separate and equally confusing issues caused by a discount code applying itself to a non-inclusive item. An item I'd never got before, so didn't know this and got annoyed. I said I'd change my reviews onced sorted, however there is no 'edit' button. Budmother replaced what I'd ordered in error, and today confirmed there will be a full and final refund. I hope this long complicated incident does not affect what is a very good relationship with Budmother. As proved by all the hard work in sorting out two messy orders.

Placed my order Friday afternoon at 12:30 and paid for standard 1st class shipping. I was only expecting my order to come the following week, maybe on Tuesday or Wednesday. Woke up this morning, Saturday, to find my order slid through my door like Christmas came early. Thank you for the efficiency and getting it out so quickly. Have never had a problem with Budmother and the products are excellent. This speedy service has only strengthened my consumer loyalty to the company.

Never got it, so I can not review about the product, But I can review the fact that I have continuously email to tell them I did not receive my goods. No response. Nothing. I have used BM the past 2 years and never had any problems until now and this was the first time I paid for postage! What an insult. There customer service does not exist. Do not spend money with BM, as there is no guarantee that you will get your goods
