Ammo was shipped and delivered within 5 days so great service there. Unfortunately, the product itself is terrible. I've shot about 800 of the 3k I ordered and my gen 3 glock with a 6lb "enhanced reliability" striker spring was experiencing about 1 in 4 failure to fires. My gen 5 glock was about 1 or 2 in 10. Upon inspection, about 1 in 4 rounds have extremely high seated primers. I may buy a shell holder for 9mm to press them in further for the next 2k rounds. Spend a few more cents per round and go with a better brand.
