I ordered 125 African Nightcrawlers to be delivered to Phoenix. I asked that the delivery be after a certain date because of travel. Chris responded that he could deliver after the earliest date agreed upon. The company provided a tracking number and the worms arrived three days before the earliest date. Needless to say three days in a mailbox in Phoenix all the worms were dead. I reached out to Chris and days later he said he redelivered the worms. He said to tell him if I dont receive a tracking number. I responded to his email telling him I did not receive a tracking number. He did not respond and needless to say I checked the mail daily. The worms were delivered in 118 degree weather and I picked up the package to find all the worms were dead. The company was good at resending the worms but they need to respond to emails in a timely manner, especially when delivering living worms. After two deliveries I still dont have the worms I was looking forward to receiving. I don't want to waste any more resources so I may just request a refund.

When my order went MIA I left an unhappy review, I can't find it now or I would update it rather than leaving a new one, long story short Buckeye made it right and got my order out. The worms looked great, I waited to be sure nothing went wonky with them, but everything is awesome. Despite my order falling through the cracks I am content and couldn't ask for more as a customer.

I find it interesting that my negative review never shows up. I have dealt with this company twice and both times was told I would get a certain amount of worms and a certain size. I was short wormed by at least 100 each time. Other company's have not done this.

my worms were stuck in St. Louis terminal for 13+ days, when i got them, they were packaged very well! i opened them expecting an odor, to my surprise i saw movement. i added plenty of bottle water to the abundance of bedding and gave them an hour at room temp. i dumped them in the prepared bin and they all vanished in 90 seconds! THIS IS THE PLACE TO GET YOUR WORMS! Thanks Chris

Our mealworms are fine, I had accidentally ordered too small but they were all great condition. The packaging they were sent in was also extremely disappointing. However the nightcrawlers we ordered all died. We got to use maybe six of them before they all died. We have not had an issue with previous orders from other places, and ordered here because of a lower price and in stock. We have had no issues with other colonies until ordering from here.

I received my order of 1 lb Red Wigglers a day earlier than estimated. Worms were in good condition and the service from Buckeye Organics was superb. I reccomend highly.

Worms came quickly and were in great shape/healthy when they arrived. The text notifications were accurate and beneficial as I was able to be present when they were delivered to prevent them roasting in the sun in afternoon heat! They're happily munching away on my kitchen scraps and I couldn't be happier.

I ordered 1K red wigglers. The price was right, and I received an email saying my order had been shipped and they provided me a tracking number. THREE DAYS LATER, on a Friday evening of a HOLIDAY WEEKEND, and after I had been saving my organic waste to start my compost, they sent me ANOTHER email saying, "Opps, sorry. We decided not to ship your order because of the holiday. Unbelievable! I could have ordered from someplace else and got the order on time, had I known. So no, I can't recommend them. The good news is, they did actually refund my money- tho it took a few days to go thru. Now I start over. Gads.
